Fulfillment / Shipping Partners

All merchandise sold through The Official Raccoons website—including T-shirts, stickers, magnets, and sweaters—is produced and shipped by Redbubble, a trusted global print-on-demand platform. Redbubble partners with a network of third-party printers worldwide to fulfill orders efficiently.

Orders may be fulfilled from various locations, including the United States, Canada, Asia, Europe, and Australia. Consequently, items in a single order might ship separately and arrive at different times. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Products are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Posters are rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes, framed art is packed in fitted boxes, and apparel items are folded and placed in protective mailers.

Shipping Options, Cost & Delivery

We offer two primary shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Economical and reliable, with delivery times varying based on location and order specifics.
     

  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery for an additional cost, ensuring quicker receipt of your order.

Shipping costs and delivery times depend on factors such as destination country, packaging requirements, order size and value, product type, and fulfillment location. To view estimated shipping costs and delivery dates, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and select your delivery country.

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to licensing agreements and shipping restrictions, certain items may not be available for delivery to specific regions. If an item in your cart cannot be shipped to your country, it will be indicated during checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.

Cancellations & Returns

To ensure timely processing, address changes can only be made within two hours of placing your order. After this period, modifications are not guaranteed. Similarly, cancellations must be requested within two hours; otherwise, the order will be processed and shipped as usual.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance with returns or exchanges.
